Hi,

I've been running SkyDemon for quite a long time on 2 PCs, a laptop, my Nexus 7 and occasionally my mobile phone.

Recently, at work I got a new PC (replacing one of the 2 PCs) and a new phone. Since setting up SkyDemon on these new devices, I keep getting repeated messages about devices being disconnected from my account, having to log out and back in again to resolve this.

This was so bad on Saturday on the Nexus 7 (that I fly with) that I had to log out and back in again 5 or 6 times before it would let me in.

Have I inadvertently exceeded some limit on my account?

Thanks

Andy

Having read the thread above, it would seem that despite using only using 3 devices (they are all mine and and not shared) I'm breaking a rule as they are all ios (2 iPads and one iPhone -don't ask!). If one was an android device I'd be ok!

Hi
I have the same issue: 1 iPad Mini Retina, 1 older iPad mini as backup and my iPhone.
As you said, according to the licence described I would be fine using one Android device instead of one of the iOS-device.
I don't use the PC-version at all, since it doesn't exist for my Mac.

I use both iPads for longer flights, while I take only 1 iPad for short local flights.

Let's suppose that I'm flying with my main iPad and the iPhone. => If my iPad quits, I will not be able to use the iPhone as backup, because I can't login without an Internet-connection.
The other problem is the use of long secure passwords, which is quite a pain on small devices.

Why should I be allowed to use 2 Android tablets and 2 iPads, but not 2 iPads and 1 iPhone?
It would be nice to have another type of restriction: Perhaps a total amount of 2 devices of one type: 2 PCs, 2 tablets, 2 smartphones, independent from the operating system.

Regards, Eric
